USDA approved kennels/breeders?
USDA approved kennels and breeders are inspected monthly by the government of the state in which they reside. Surprise inspections can also occur. These kennels and breeders are given a USDA number which can be used to obtain inspection information on them. Be aware that not all "private" breeders are USDA approved and can actually be a puppy mill.
